Cade is so funny

Cade is such a practical joker. Boy, can he make us laugh. These pictures speak for themselves.

Job Offer

Guess who got a job offer from one of his favorite stores? No, I am kidding, we went and did the kids workshop. It was so fun. Gage built a firetruck to hold his crayons.

My Nanny

I got my nanny on opening morning, September 29. The hunt was short and sweet. We walked out on this point and spotted 10 goats. They were walking and eating on both sides of the point. Boy, was it hard to tell if the goats are nannies or billies. It took us a while to decide and finally we ( I say we, because I needed Dad's help identifing the nanny- there was no way I could tell by myself) decided on this one.
She is a pretty big nanny; her horns are 9 inches long. Here is a picture of the hunting party. Skippy, Dad, Kirt (Skippy's brother), Kregg (the camera guy), and I all met and left at 5 a.m. We were off the mountain and back home by 5 p.m.

Soccer

Gage started soccer on Saturday. Here he is kicking the ball into the goal during practice. He played hard in practice, but the coach had to tell him to chase the ball during the game. He wasn't really aggressive.
Here is a picture in his uniform. The uniforms are soo big. They are the dragons. When they were deciding a team name, his suggestion was the Shreks.

Here is Cade watching the kids on the playground. He loved the ball and all the excitement going on.

Scouting for Goats

Here is Gage at Inspiration Point. The view was amazing.

This nanny and her kid were sitting on a cliff. The picture does not do it justice. They were the first ones that we seen.

Where are the goats? This picture is very hard to see. There are 2 goats on the skyline and a couple in the trees. There were about 30 hanging around the area.

First Day of School

Gage's first day of preschool was on September 4, 2007. He got to take his favorite toy - Bart the firefighting monkey. He would not take OO-I. He doesn't like to take OO-I anywhere (he is afraid that something will happen to him.)
Gage has been waiting to wear his new John Deere shirt for weeks and he finally got to wear it to school. He also had to wear his new school Shrek shoes.
We were nervous about Gage liking preschool, but when we picked him up he said he had fun. He likes his teacher Miss Amy. Gage also told us that, "Bart enjoyed preschool."
